El día de hoy martes 23 de enero se revelaron las nominaciones a los Academy Awards®, en vivo desde el Samuel Goldwyn Theater. Falta poco más de un mes para celebrar aniversario número 90 de los Oscars® y Tiffany Haddish y Andy Serkis fueron los elegidos para anunciar los elegidos por la Academia de Artes y Ciencias Cinematográficas.
La ceremonia de premiación será el 04 de marzo y se transmitirá en vivo, por TNT para toda Latinoamérica desde el clásico Dolby Theatre de Los Ángeles.

Priyanka Chopra, Rosario Dawson, Gal Gadot, Salma Hayek, Michelle Rodriguez, Zoe Saldana, Molly Shannon, Rebel Wilson y Michelle Yeoh acompañaron a la dupla de Haddish y Serkis en algunas de las menciones que se hicieron en dos etapas en un primer momento, algunas de las categorías técnicas, para luego dar lugar a las restantes. Este año, fueron 341 los films elegibles para la categoría «Mejor Película» y 7258 los miembros votantes para los Premios Oscar®. «The Shape of Water», la fantástica película de Guillermo del Toro se coronó como la más elegida en estas nominaciones, con ¡trece! menciones.
